Monday, December 25, 2006 AntiBunny #044 Okay you probably just noticed a drastic change in art style. Now every line is inked making the characters stand out. I'm using varying thicknesses from 1mm to 0.03mm. Also the faces are drawn just slightly different. Now instead of being rounded they have bits of fluff near the cheeks. I call this the "Fuzzy" style. Some of you might have guessed that Penelope was homeless from the clues before. Back in chapter 1 she hides in a construction site rather than going home, and she didn't have the money to buy a cup of coffee in chapter 2, and of course there's her evasiveness about where she lives. That of course isn't the biggest bomb this strip drops. You might have guessed back in chapter 1 but Hannibal is in love with Penelope. Cue the soap opera "Dah dah DUUUUUUHN!" Last but not least, Happy generic non offensive consumerist winter holliday. Though I'm writing this in August, you'll see it on December 25th. Like a friggin' time capsule. Me? I should be in church while you're reading this. Return to ARCHIVE | |||||
