Monday, July 2, 2007 AntiBunny #68 Back to Euclid and Pooky. I'm especially proud of the shading and backgrounds on this one, and because of that I spent some extra time in editing to really bring everything out. Euclid comes off as a bit smarter this time. He's in his own element here, so while he may seem dimwitted when he's in Gritty City, in his hometown of Haunted Junction he's much more competent. You know it's been a while since I've drawn any rain. It helped that it was raining when I drew this strip. I like to spend lots of time doing the rain. Big long streaks in front, smaller streaks hitting the characters, lots of little raindrops in the background, that's how I draw rain. I like to make it feel like it saturates the image in the main ground, foreground, and background. Is it strange to like rain so much?
