Sunday, September 30, 2007 AntiBunny #81 Didn't you think it was odd back in Chapter 2 when Juju went from wanting to Kill Penelope to simply wanting to tease her? And certainly you've been wondering what that doll is. Yeah it's the classic split between evil side and....slightly less evil side. Couldn't resist making an Army of Darkness joke either. That big red text I originally did by hand, but it was drowned out by the rest of the art, so I traced over it with a paint brush tool and put a brush strokes filter over it to make it match the original as much as possible. And hey I got to draw Hannibal and Piago again too. They're so much fun to draw. You may notice there's something slightly different here. I scanned this page in color, and it picked up more of the different grays I was using, and made the warm grays stand out a bit more. Those rather sepia looking grays are what it looked like on paper. Earlier strips were actually losing detail when they went down to greyscale. At some point I asked myself, if I'm adding color to these images anyway, why am I bothering to scan in grayscale at all? This was the result. more to the point you may notice, if you check your clock, that today is in fact Sunday, not Monday. I've moved updates up a day. You can still come on monday and get your comic or come get it a day early. The idea behind this is so that more people will be free on their weekend to check, than on monday, so it's easier to find time to check the comic. On top of that the comic stays up a day longer before the thursday update, giving them a more even presentation time. So enjoy your day early bunnies. Return to ARCHIVE | |||||
